Wedding Flowers Terms & Conditions 2025/2026

• To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of your current working quote will be required to book our services. The deposit is deducted from the final balance.

• The deposit is non-refundable, even if the date / venue is changed, the wedding is cancelled for any reason, or the client decides to engage an alternate supplier. We will, however, aim to accommodate any date or venue changes where possible.

• We will request a final catch-up to finalise details and important information, ideally 1-2 months before the wedding date. After this, a final quote will be created and full payment is due no later than 2 weeks before your wedding date.

• All floral products are subject to availability. We aim to bring your dream to life, however, due to unexpected circumstances out of our control, we reserve the right to substitute previously agreed ingredients or components within a design of equivalent quality without notice. Please note: flowers and plant material are natural products, so colours may differ/be unavailable to those agreed, but we will always make every effort to source products accordingly.
  Should we be unable to supply specific products, services or any substitute product or service to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse as necessary.

• All hired items are subject to a deposit charge (as detailed in your quote). You are fully responsible for all damaged or missing items and the cost of all such items will be deducted from the deposit charge at full retail value. The deposit charge will be fully returned on the safe collection of all hired items.

• We will always aim to deliver your wedding flowers for pre-arranged time slots however we cannot be held responsible for unexpected events that may occur which are beyond our control. We will endeavour to supply alternative arrangements should this occur. In this event, refunds will be at our discretion. If for any reason we are not able to meet the delivery or set up time, the client will be notified as soon as feasibly possible.

• Cancellation
  Cancellation of our wedding floral services must be notified as soon as reasonably possible. The deposit will be retained regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation.
  Cancellation 8 weeks prior to the wedding date will incur a charge of 25% of the total amount.
  Full payment will be required for cancellations made 6 weeks before the wedding day.
  We must receive full payment no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date. If you cancel your event within this time, after we have received payment from you, we will be unable to offer a refund, and will retain the full amount.
  Charges are applied at our discretion pending cancellation circumstances.
  No charges will be applied should the wedding be changed to a different date and all products are still required – subject to date availability.

• Complaints

  Should you have any issues with the quality or standard of the flowers/displays, you must notify us on the day of receipt. We reserve the right to rectify any errors on the day without prejudice. Any complaints regarding the quality, shape, size, quantity etc cannot be accepted after the day of the event.
  Due to the perishable nature of our products, you will be advised upon delivery how to store/care for your product and we ask that you fulfil this. Usually, the instruction will be to keep the product in a cool place, away from a draft, heat or strong fumes and, if a bridal bouquet, in its bucket of water until ready to use.
  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be held responsible for the damage caused by extreme heat or strong winds during adverse weather. Every precaution will be taken to ensure the safety of the flowers and arrangement, but we cannot guarantee or take responsibility for the longevity of them after set up is complete and we have left the premises.
